What further training measures does FERNBACH-Software provide?
The main element of our internal, further training programme is the product and project management seminars. In addition, our employees can take part in external training measures, which suit their job profile and career plans, for example, in the sectors of software and hardware, finance, time management and leadership.
What are the working hours at FERNBACH-Software?
We have flexible working time without core hours.
What type of salary does FERNBACH-Software pay?
FERNBACH-Software remunerates professional competence and working effort in line with the labour market standards and employees’ performance. Regular reviews are held to assess an employee’s progress, agree on new targets and analyse the overall level of achievement. Please also see “Career Models”.
How are new employees trained?
The Intelligent Training System (ITS) is our modular training programme for new employees.
We call the training programme “intelligent” because it is divided into modules and time frames that are engineered to suit an employee’s individual qualifications and experience exactly. The structure and success of an individual programme are checked regularly so that, if necessary, adjustments can be made quickly.
ITS is composed of the elements:
- Initial training
- Study of technical literature, documentation and CBTs
- Product introduction by our product specialists
- Internal further training measures
- External further training measures
- Training projects
- Training on the job
The “Mentor” is a key element of the system. A Mentor is an experienced member of staff who accompanies the new employee during the first six months in the company and acts as a first point of contact for any queries. He/she will give advice on all issues that arise during initial training, supervise the training programme in conjunction with the Human Resources Department and the superior in question and report on an employee’s progress.
